Corsa Exhaust

I just recieved the Corsa sport exhaust I ordered for my C6. It looks cool with the stainless mufflers and twin 3.5" tips. I'll be installing it over the weekend. I can't wait for my car to finally sound like a Corvette should. I'll report back on how the installation goes and the results.

Cool beans!!!! I'd like to see how they look after they're on. Hope you snap a couple shots and post them, OR even better, bring the car to the next Club metting in January.

I'll post before and after pictures along with details of the install. I hope to have it all done on Monday. I can't wait to finally hear what 400hp really sounds like.

Mark, What made your discision to go borla?
and if ya don't mind.....what parts, x pipe, cat back??
costs? I am interested in the same for my c6. I live in upper dublin
not far from you, maybe we could compare notes.

I went with the CORSA instead of BORLA for several reasons.
I've had Borla systems before and was not happy with the sound
The Corsa system gets GM approval
Corsa's design makes the exhaust louder outside the car but not much inside the car
The Corsa system did not have any interior resonance like many other systems
Several posts on corvetteforum.com mentioned how well designed the Corsa system was and other posts mentioned how noisy the interior was with the Borla

I have the Corsa Sport system with 3.5" round tips. They look like the stock tips only larger. The sport system attaches to the stock pipes just ahead of the trans. It was an easy install using hand tools, floor jack and stands.

Sorry I got the two mixed up. It sez on the CORSA web page
that system should used on track only. How did yours turn out?
not too loud I hope.I want some more "throatyness" nothing more. Are you going to do anything else? I can't beleve it....
a 50k car and I want to change the exhaust, get a glass roof
panel and oh yea, pay it off!
