I've got a list of about 150 Corvette trivia facts. Some are pretty easy and some aren't. I'll keep tally of who answers the trivia question correctly. Go ahead and use the internet if you have to. The first person to answers it correctly claims the kill. At the end we should have a Champion. Unfortunately that title along with 39 cents will supersize your lunch at McDonald's. But what the heck a game is a game.

Hey Don,
#41 is a Loaded question. When you define a "Unique VIN sequence, There are many. including
1963 through 1975 (Coupes and convertibles have unique VIN Sequences and for engine option)
1976 thru 1980 ( for different engines)
1978 pace cars
1981 for where they were built (St. Louis vs Bowling Green)
1982 Collectors Editions
1986 thru 1996 (coupes Vs Converts)
1996 Grand Sports and LT4's
Etc. (all the way up to the present) Coupes Converts, Etc)
Is that a complete answer?

Monterey is not the model I was looking for. Monterey is a city in Ca. but there is also a Monterey Bay which is not a city. I tried unsucessfully to find out which one the city or bay the Monterey was name after.
So let me reword the question
75. Name 2 Mercury models that were name after Califronia cities or Bays.

In March 1952, Naugatuck sales executive Earl Ebers drove the Corvette to the National Plastics Exposition in Philadelphia, where Chevy engineers descended on the new shape, wanting more info on the new body material.

You're right Bob i've been there also. The published answer to the question was Montclair which leads me to believe that possibly the Monterey was named after the Bay. Can't find out for sure though.

The answer to 76 is:
The First Chevs
The first car in the Chevrolet history was the 1912 Classic 6, a five seater tourer that could hit 65 mph. It was an expensive car for the times at $2150. A smaller six cylinder car followed, then Chevrolet had its first big success with a four-cylinder, overhead-valve car that could be bought as a tourer for the family man or two seat sporty roadster for the single man about town.
Louis Chevrolet gave his name to the new car manufacturing company, but he wasn’t part of Chevrolet history for long, leaving the company in 1913.
Chevrolet laid down a challenge to Ford in 1915 with the 2.7 liter, overhead-valve “490”, so named because it cost $490. It was designed to compete with the Ford’s Model T, and it was a good seller, despite Ford continuing to beat Chevrolet in cost and quality.
Chevrolet also sold cars higher priced cars competing with the Oakland and Oldsmobile from GM in the $1100 -$1400 price range. The Type D, Chevy’s first V-8, was one of these, coming out in 1917 with overhead valves and 286 cubic inch capacity, and available as a tourer or roadster.
I'm giving myself A point for every questions that goes unanswered after 3 days.

First disc brakes on an American built car. Crosley did it in 1949, on his full line of cars and trucks. On all 4 wheels and on cars that sold for less than $1000. Chrysler or Studebaker is usually given this honor but Chrysler did not have true disc brakes and it was after Crosley anyway. Studebaker had true discs but not till the 60s.
Unfortunately Crosley didn't figure on the damage that the salt on Northern roads would cause to the alloy the calipers were made from, they were replaced with conventional drum brakes in mid 1950.
