A few months ago I bought a set of HRE John Lingenfelter Signature Series Wheels.

The street department of Telford did a great job of cutting out a swath of paving and leaving it unmarked. I wacked it at night and bent the outside rim.

Does anyone know if a bent rim can be repaired and if so, who??? The wheels are three pc. and my other option is to ship the wheel back out to LPE for them to replace the outer rim.

Hi Norm, You didn't mention if the wheel was one piece or not. If it has bolts around the wheel HRE could maby rebuild it. If not try these guys, they'e the best in the country. Wheel Collision Center in Bath Pa. Daryl Robbins is the owner/ Pres. 7826 Penn Drive, Bath, Pa. 18014. http://www.wheelcollision.com/ 610-837-8967 Tell them you belong to CCDV. Bill

On a 3 piece wheel like that I'd suggest calling HRE. I'll bet they could offer a good solution, like replacing ONLY the bent piece.

Bill's option of the place in Bath might also be a good way to go.
