Member needs help

Hi Jeff,

A member called me today and said that they can not log on. His name is Ken Lynch. He said he signed on as a new user but get's a message saying he's not a memebr.

His info is as follows:

Name: Ken Lynch
ID: ken1985
Password: ********

he never activated his account by verifying his email. when you sign up you get an email and you have to click on the link in it. AOLers in particular have trouble with that link because of the way AOL email works.

I turned on his account. is he a club member?
