Do the polished alum. wheels on the C5's have a clear coat finish?
I'm wondering what to use ro clean and protect them?

Yes they are clear coated. Treat them just like your paint, wax as needed, you can clay your wheels if they get a build up of dirt, but if you keep them waxed your clean up will be easier
