license plate holder

How do you remove the rear license plate holder? I removed the 4 screws from the plate, but the holder will not budge. This isn't mentioned in the owner's manual either

Lissa, there are (4) tabs, 2 per side, depress them with a small screwdriver between the plate and the license plate frame, and it will come off.

Thank you Carl and Bob for the quick responses! I got the old plate off just fine. FYI, I got my new Florida license, so I won't be LMN-VET anymore, I'll be changing my name to 98VRT because I can only have 5 characters here. Hope to see you all again sometime!

Peanut LOVES it here! We haven't had a rainy day since we moved here a month ago. She loves to lay on the tile floor and look out the windows, which are down to the floor so she can see out. There is a woman on our street who takes walks and leaves dog bones on the front porch for Peanut. Peanut also loves to play in the pool with her squeaky toys! As for Carl, he seems to like the bikinis at the beach! We do miss you guys ;)
