Has anyone seen this before? What is it? Answers will follow if not guessed properly.

Dang! That was quick! Technically though, the crew says that it is JUST a Mosler (not a Mosler Corvette). This car was next to the RE/MAX Corvette at Watkins Glen, and we had a lot of time to talk (through a few days of rain delays).
For those who haven't seen this thing before ... it is (for the most part) a hand made car. Most all of the components are manufactured by hand (including carbon fiber body panels), then assembled. Certain components were borrowed from a C5 ... like rear tail lenses, door handles (though the doors open like a Countach), and I believe a few other things like control arms.
Apparently, I understand that this mid-engine car can be produced for anyone wanting a street legal version. I heard a price tag of about $200,000 +/-, but not sure if that was race ready, or street legal.

Steve, in the June 2003 issue of Motor Trend they run a pack of super cars like a ZO6, a Viper, Ferrari 575M, Lambo, etc and the Mosler's in there too. It's listed at $ 210,000.00 ;ow A paltry sum indeed....;jj

... and all along, I thought you were a wealth of information and knowledge. Turns out ... you just finished reading a magazine! ;)
It's surely an awesome car! :D

Thanks for the link! I think the one in my pic is Chassis #005. The note under Chassis #011 suggests is a DOT CRASH CAR (ouch!).
Now that I saw it online ... MT900R was the model number of the car at Watkins Glen. I guess the MT900S is the street version. Now, if I only had an additional $200K+ ... somewhere to drive the darn thing ... and somewhere to store it!
:D
